I'd like to put my commitment to education and my seven years experience in classroom teaching to work as a 4th-5th grade teacher at Home Town Elementary School.

As a 5th grade teacher at Burnside Elementary School in Springfield, I successfully developed and implemented a new math education program integrating multimedia support and self-paced learning modules.

I have a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from the University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign and am completing course work for my Master's during the summer months.

In addition, I have completed in-service training in Classroom Technology, Student Skill Assessment and Testing, 21st Century Curriculum Development and School/Community Integration.
