I am a highly accomplished translator re-locating to the greater Home Town area and I would like to schedule an informational interview with you to discuss TechnoWidgets' translating needs.

I have a 4-year track record of success in international business communications, having served as Marketing Associate for the International Tango Association. Based in Buenos Aires, Argentina, I was responsible for print, on-line content and member communications. I created materials in English and Spanish for a membership drive which increased the Association's membership by 30%.

Since returning to the United States, I have become certified by the National Association of Translators and worked as a translator providing patient support at Home Town Hospital. My command of both languages and my diverse work experience makes me familiar with idiomatic and formal usage, and highly accomplished at handling technical vocabulary.

I have excellent computer skills and, as a former English teacher, am adept at making presentations, connecting with diverse populations, organizing material and promoting adult learning.

I have a Bachelor of Arts degree in Spanish from Colby College, with a minor in Education.
