Thank you very much for the opportunity to join Farmer's Insurance as Vice President of your Marketing division. 

This letter is to re-confirm our earlier phone conversation, and it gives me the opportunity to once again state how happy I am to be joining your company. 

As we discussed, I look forward to receiving the salary of $100,000 annually, combined with your very generous benefit package. 

My last day at Sailor's Insurance will be March 5^th, so allowing time for re-location, I will be starting full-time at your business March 27^th.  Once again, I also appreciate your offer to cover $5,000 worth of those expenses.

I am excited about the possibilities I see ahead for Farmer's Insurance and look forward to working with you, the Marketing Department and my other new colleagues to make them a reality.
