Letter from a Job Applicant Declining a Position as a Receptionist

Louis Burns, Human Resources Manager

Highway M

Home Town, IL 60610

Dear Mr. Burns,

I regret to say that I am unable to accept the Receptionist Position with Products.com.

I have decided to go back to school at Home Town College to complete my degree in business administration, and my schedule for the next two semesters will preclude daytime work.

Thank you very much for taking the time to interview me and introducing me to all the wonderful people at Products.com.  I certainly think you have a fine organization and perhaps our paths may cross again some day.

I wish you and your business the best.

Sincerely,

Hope Full
